Beating Super Mario Bros. while reading PlatoWatch
We've all played Super Mario Bros.—but have you played it while doing a dramatic reading of a Platonic dialogue? Well, that's the challenge I set for myself in this stream! By the end, I was certainly exhausted (but happy).
DebutWatch
My debut was several months in the making, and yet, it was difficult to predict exactly what it'd feel like. One thing I wanted was to combine some of the usual debut activities (model reveal, introductory slideshow, etc.) with something genuinely different. I decided to write a short story ("Twin Eternities") about some of my lore, pair it with a soundtrack and commissioned illustrations, and then read it on stream, as that was something I'd never seen done before. All in all, the stream went surprisingly smoothly, with no serious scuff. I wanted to start VTubing with a bang, and, if I do say so myself, I think that this stream succeeded in that.
Birthday jam 2025Watch
This was my first jam session ever, and I was nervous, but it ended up being a lot of fun! If you haven't gotten a chance to check it out yet, the jams start at around 16:45.
Social skills streamWatch
This was an educational stream that I greatly enjoyed. By this point, I'd had some practice doing blackboard/lecture-style streams, so I think I was able to handle it all a little more smoothly than some of my previous streams of this style. Using the bookcam, drawing things on the board, and handling the slideshow, felt very natural, and chat's energetic commentary made the whole experience feel like a live classroom. Watching everyone's reactions to the videos of the social situations (near the end of the stream) was especially fun. It was also an interesting experience to do an educational stream on something other than philosophy. Hoping to do more streams inspired by this in the future!
Encouragement streamWatch
A stream that meant a lot to me—one of those ones I don't imagine I'll ever forget.
Halloween stream 2025Watch
My first time trying a holiday stream, and it happened to be on the best holiday of them all. Activities included costume changes (including an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction where I turned into a witch/succubus—totally accidentally, I swear!), spooky story readings, and, near the end of the stream, a horrific massacre by the ghost of a crazed chicken.
First Vlosophy collabWatch
First ever collab of the new philosopher VTuber group, with Charis Euphranor and Tia Faire! This discussion was a great balance between interesting/intellectual topics (like the philosophy of VTubing) and more fun ones (like sharing our impressions of one another). Tia's song near the end was also a highlight!
My Immortal collabWatch
Getting to read arguably the most iconic fanfiction of all time with Charis Euphranor was such a treat. Highlights included Charis's "valley girl" voice and the ensuing philosophical discussion of how to make sense of "so bad, it's good" art.
Spooky philosophyWatch
This was my earliest blackboard/lecture-style stream. Although, as a result, the stream was a bit rougher around the edges than my more recent streams, I found it a very fun time. Getting to explore how philosophy intersects with whatever is currently going on (in the case of that stream, spooky season) is always something I enjoy. Plus, this stream saw my first drawing of the Utility Monster, a character who (owing to various devoted fans) has come back to make a splash in some of my later streams in ways I didn't at first expect.
The truth about male VTubersWatch
VTubing tends to be a female-dominated medium. So what is the place of male VTubers? In this stream, I attempted to chart a moderate path within a debate that often invites extreme answers.
Two philosopher VTubers debate loveWatch
A collab in which Tia Faire and I had a lively debate about topics like the nature of love and the moral status of monogamy.
Mean tweets (Axaeon edition)Watch
Just about everyone gets mean tweets from time to time, and I'm no exception. This stream is a humorous review of some of the ones I've received. (Context: Around the time of this stream, some of my philosophical work on the moral status of monogamy and non-monogamy had recently gone semi-viral on Twitter. For more info on my work on the topic, see this stream.)
